Die von den Maschinen gesammelten Daten sind in allen Systemen verf\u00fcgbar, einschlie\u00dflich des integrierten, bestehenden ERP.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>Wie findet die Integration statt?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Integration ist f\u00fcr den Empfang und das Senden von Daten an andere Systeme zust\u00e4ndig. Sie erm\u00f6glicht den Austausch von Daten in Echtzeit. Die Accevo-Software unterst\u00fctzt Integrationsmethoden wie z. Eine Aktion wird vom Client aus der Ferne auf dem Server aufgerufen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>IDoc-Nachrichten <\/strong>verwendet eine Dateischnittstelle. Sie wird aufgerufen, indem eine IDoc-Datei mit Daten erstellt und an das Zielsystem \u00fcbergeben wird. In diesem Fall erfolgen die Aufrufe asynchron.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>SOAP-Webdienste <\/strong>ist eine Reihe offener Protokolle f\u00fcr den Datenaustausch zwischen Systemen, die auf verschiedenen Plattformen laufen, unter Verwendung von Webdiensten. Dabei wird die XML-Kodierung verwendet, und die Webtechnologie basiert auf dem HTTP-Protokoll.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Die REST-API <\/strong>ist ein Client-Server-Standard und basiert wie SOAP auf dem HTTP-Protokoll. REST ist jedoch eine modernere und h\u00e4ufiger verwendete Architektur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oracle ist ein System zur Verwaltung von Datenbanken \u00fcber SQL. Es verwendet die bereits erw\u00e4hnten Web Services f\u00fcr die Kommunikation, sowie ODBC oder OLE DB. Infor hingegen ist f\u00fcr die Verwaltung von Gesch\u00e4ftsprozessen konzipiert. Es verwendet APIs, M3 Web Services und die bereits erw\u00e4hnten REST oder ODBC\/OLE DB.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Signale k\u00f6nnen auf verschiedene Weise ausgel\u00f6st werden. Meistens sind sie an die Ausf\u00fchrung einer bestimmten T\u00e4tigkeit gekoppelt, z. B. an die Produktion einer Einheit oder die Fertigstellung einer Maschine. Es kann auch festgelegte Zeitrahmen geben, in denen an Maschinen angebrachte Sensoren automatisch aktuelle Informationen an das System senden.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>Wie kommunizieren die Systeme miteinander?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die bidirektionale Integration erm\u00f6glicht den Austausch von Daten zwischen Systemen. Das kostet Zeit und birgt das Risiko von Fehlern bei der Daten\u00fcbertragung. Mangelnde Integration bedeutet auch, dass Echtzeitdaten nicht genutzt werden k\u00f6nnen, was schwerwiegende Folgen f\u00fcr die Prozesseffizienz und die Liefertreue hat.
