A Learning Management System manages courses, learning content and completion records. A matrix that changes only during an annual review may miss temporary restrictions, changed procedures, new equipment or expired certificates.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Example: checking eligibility at a production station<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An operator signs in at a station assigned to a product and process. The system checks the required skills, training versions and expiry dates. If the operator is qualified, the work instruction can start. If not, the system can show what is missing and direct a supervisor to assign a qualified person or provide controlled supervision.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When should a manufacturer consider skills management?<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Skills management is worth evaluating when plants rely on spreadsheets, qualification evidence is difficult to retrieve, training expiry creates risk or staffing decisions do not reflect station requirements.
