Apator S.A., a leading manufacturer of metering equipment and industrial automation solutions, has successfully implemented the 艾赛沃智能工厂 system at its production facility in Ostaszewo, near Toruń, Poland. The project was delivered by Accevo, a software company specialising in production and factory digitalisation.
The cooperation between Apator and Accevo began with a comprehensive consulting phase, during which a detailed vision and concept for the system were developed. This strategic groundwork allowed for a smooth integration of Accevo’s solution with both the automation layer 和 Infor LN ERP system already in place at Apator.
The implementation covered two major areas:

The MES system introduced by Accevo enables Apator to monitor and control critical elements of the production process, including:

The APS system, on the other hand, supports advanced production planning, helping to optimise manufacturing schedules and increase overall efficiency.
