Looking for a solution?

Yield is the proportion of output that meets defined requirements compared with the input or total output for a process. The exact calculation depends on the process and measurement point. First-pass yield counts good output without rework; final yield may include units made acceptable after rework. Teams should state the definition when comparing results.
