Paperless & Forms
During the work order, technicians fill Factory Forms thanks to the Paperless functionality.
- The system is responsible for the digital guidance of the operator - starting from displaying activities (list to-do) with dedicated documentation (image, document, movie) for each step of the repair.
- Workflow module (BPM) lets users create the business process workflow, events and gateways with custom logic.
Combine MEX with CMMS to track maintenance KPIs over time
Knowing your current MTTR helps. Knowing whether it improved over six months, and why, is what lets you manage maintenance performance. Accevo Measurement Explorer (MEX) adds a time-series signal layer to CMMS data, so equipment condition signals, runtime counters, vibration and temperature readings feed into the same platform as work orders and spare-parts inventory.
Equipment condition monitoring
Define vibration, temperature, pressure, current draw and runtime-hour signals for any asset. MEX stores them beside CMMS work order history.
MTTR and MTBF as trends, not snapshots
Track maintenance performance shift by shift, week by week, over months and years. See whether reliability is improving or deteriorating.
Signal-based maintenance triggers
Set threshold alerts on any signal. When vibration exceeds the limit, MEX raises an alert and CMMS can generate a work order automatically.

Computerized Maintenance Management System - FAQ
The failure rate of machines can be calculated using mean time between failures (MTBF) and mean time to repair (MTTR). MTBF is the average time a machine runs before it fails. MTTR is the average time to repair and restart the machine. Â
The higher the MTBF, the lower the failure rate. The higher the MTTR, the lower the MTBF.Â
Failure rates are usually expressed as a percentage of total operating hours or total number of failures per 100 operating hours.Â
MTBF stands for mean time between failures. It is a measure of the average operating time of a machine or system before a failure occurs. Â
MTBF measures the reliability of equipment and is calculated by dividing the total operating time by the number of failures. MTBF is an important measure in reliability engineering because it can be used to predict when a machine will fail, allowing preventive maintenance to be performed before it fails.Â
