Looking for a solution?

Downtime is the time a machine, line or process is unavailable to produce as required. It may be planned, such as for changeover or maintenance, or unplanned, such as a breakdown or material shortage. Consistent start, stop and reason codes help teams compare losses and distinguish availability measures from broader production delays.
