Computerized Maintenance Management System - FAQ
Die Ausfallrate von Maschinen kann anhand der mittleren Zeit zwischen zwei Ausfällen (MTBF) und der mittleren Zeit bis zur Reparatur (MTTR) berechnet werden. MTBF ist die durchschnittliche Zeit, die eine Maschine läuft, bevor sie ausfällt. MTTR ist die durchschnittliche Zeit für die Reparatur und den Neustart der Maschine.
Je höher die MTBF, desto geringer ist die Ausfallrate. Je höher die MTTR, desto niedriger die MTBF.
Die Ausfallraten werden in der Regel als Prozentsatz der Gesamtbetriebsstunden oder als Gesamtzahl der Ausfälle pro 100 Betriebsstunden angegeben.
