Looking for a solution?

A Distributed Control System (DCS) controls and supervises industrial processes using controllers and operator stations distributed across a plant or process area. DCS architectures are common where continuous or batch process control must be coordinated. A DCS operates the process; MES or MOM software can coordinate production orders, execution records and operational workflows above it.
