Accevo enters global contract with BAT on the new level

Kraków, 25-11-2025 – Accevo (formerly ANT Solutions), a trusted vendor for manufacturing excellence, has entered into a global contract with British American Shared Services (GSD) Limited (“BAT”), marking a significant milestone in their decade-long collaboration. Previously, Accevo supported 22 BAT factories with advanced Microstops and Loss Tree Monitoring solutions at a factory level. Now, the contract expands globally, migrating all local systems into BAT’s centralized cloud platform, featuring the latest unified software version.

This strategic move significantly enhances data observability and standardization across BAT’s global operations, opening doors to deeper cooperation and continuous improvement. The contract involves implementing OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) Loss Tree and Micro stops monitoring across over 20 plants worldwide, aiming to accelerate the progress towards operational excellence.

Both parties agreed on an ambitious cloud migration plan, which is an enabler for further cooperation on the global level.

Together we build a better tomorrow™

This global contract with BAT marks a proud milestone in our journey and confirms the value we bring to large-scale manufacturing by turning complex production data into actionable insights. It reflects our shared ambition for operational excellence and digital transformation.

He added that Accevo’s solutions, built on modern microservices and a cloud-native architecture, enable transparency and continuous improvement across BAT’s global network.

“We’re proud of the trust BAT has placed in us,” Piróg said. “Together, we’re building scalable, intelligent, and sustainable manufacturing.”

We are proud to become a global vendor to BAT, a testament to our proven track record and deep understanding of manufacturing excellence standards. Our strength lies in seamlessly integrating data from diverse machinery, including legacy equipment and presenting it into the system analytical and operational visualization. To connect people to the data they need, enabling data-driven decisions. Together with BAT, we're building 'a better tomorrow' through innovative digital solutions and continuous improvement.

We selected Accevo because of expertise in monitoring and analyzing operational performance. This choice will enable BAT to further standardize and optimize our production processes globally. By migrating to a centralized cloud system, we enhance our agility, security, and operational transparency, accelerating the roll-out of new standards and innovative features. This collaboration is an important step towards achieving our vision for enhanced productivity and sustainable manufacturing through data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

This contract underscores Accevo’s capability to support BAT’s operational excellence by clearly identifying key losses, enabling focused improvements, and fostering greater ownership among operators through real-time data visualization. Additionally, standardization across plants will facilitate easier knowledge sharing, quicker feature deployment, and robust security, ultimately supporting BAT’s continuous growth and innovation in manufacturing across diverse modern product categories.
